We can perform any of the standard services within 1 day from receipt of your computer. To provide this service we move your computer “to the head of the class” and require a $15.00 expediting charge.
I purchase my computer online, can you still provide service?
If your computer was purchased online from an authorized Suunto dealer we will provide service on your computer. The Suunto warranty is for 2 years from date of purchase for manufactures defects. The conditions are shown in your computers manual. Also see the warranty section of our website.
Is Leisure Pro an authorized dealer?
No, please return your computer to Leisure Pro.
How is return shipping and handling calculated?
We will charge you the actual shipping cost, plus a Handling fee of $5.00 for domestic shipping or $10 for international shipping.
Why was my computer returned in the same shipping container?
If in our opinion the container is adequate we will return you computer in the same container. We believe that this is a environmentally sound procedure to do our part to protect our planet.
Should I send my transmitter for service?
If you are experiencing link-up problems between the computer and transmitter, YES. If you are sending your computer for the Full Service and it has been 2 years since the last transmitter service, YES.
